2 and an 8...for me!

I remember 4 years ago when I threw a surprise birthday party for Buck for his 28th birthday, and I title the blog post, 2 and an 8.  Now it's for me! I'm 28 and it's crazy.  I'm finally to the point where I feel like another birthday makes me older, and dreading it rather than feeling excited to be older. I know it's not that old, but it feels weird to dread it. My brithday was on a monday, the day after we blessed Jace so my mother and father in law were here for it and it was so much fun! Buck surprised me and took the day off work.  I had to go to my CNA class for 8 hours and got home at 4 PM.  Buck had hidden his truck and told me he went to work. Imagine my surprise when I walked through the door and saw him, and some gifts!
I have hardly any room to organize my stuff in my craft room, so Buck bought me these stackable drawers to be able to put things in! And then my two boys got me these orange roses below, and Buck got me a gorgeous boquet with my favorite flowers in it.
My mother and father in law bought me some Tony Lama boots! I totally love them and put them right on.

 Seriously love them
 My flowers from Buck
Kallan got some new boots too, so here we are posing with our new boots together
I wanted a pic with my boys and the flowers they gave me, but niether of them were having it. Ha ha

My birthday cupcakes above.  My mother in law is an amazing cook, and she surprised me with a delicious dinner that you can't get at any restaraunt

Kallan helped me blow out my candles.

My friend Char even came over to have cake and ice cream with us.  She brought her daughter Samarah, who's only 4 months younger than Kallan and they are adorable together. (A post on just them coming next) It was such a fun day! Not only did I get spoiled, which I didn't expect or anticipate at all, but I got to spend with with family and friends and my boys. I am so blessed and honestly couldn't ask for more, nor ever stop being grateful.
