Buck 101

1. Where did you meet? At our apartment complex, Pinnacle Canyon view. Through mutual friends in our singles' ward.

2. How long did you date before you were married? Ha ha, um...not very long. 8 months. Can you tell we're in Utah?

3. How long have you been married for? 6 months last weekend on the 12th

4. What is one thing he does that surprises you? Well, he surprises me in both ways. He loves to surprise me. When we were dating, last year for my birthday he threw a surprise party for me at his apartment. I had NO clue. He has a bunch of Tongan friends, so we had an entire roasted pig, plantanes, lapulu, (spelling?) and rolls with thickened coconut milk spread over them. Complete with a birthday cake and candles. He invited all my friends and even got my family to come up! It was awesome. Another time he surprised me; I had worked all night the night before and was zonked out in bed. He said he was leaving to run errands and when he came back, he jumped onto our bed saying "Wake up! Wake up!" and then tells me to close my eyes. Ha ha, he then pulls out a pair of boots that I had said I wanted a long time ago. He saved up and then went and got them for me. It was the sweetest thing ever. The other way he surprises me all the random things he thinks of and comes up with. He constantly makes me laugh with what he comes up with.

5. What is your favorite feature about him? His ears. He hates them but I think they make him unique

6. What is your favorite quality about him? His strength and example. He is always doing things that make me want to be more like him. He sticks to things. Some of the things I'm working on is trying to get into shape and not swear anymore. He is so good and never swears, so his example has helped me a ton.

7. Does he have a nick name for you? We both just call each other babe. I'll pull out the 'honeys' and 'sweeties' every now and then but he only calls me babe.

8. What is his favorite color? Blue

9. What is his favorite food? Steak and potatoes. This guy could eat meat for every meal.

10. What is his favorite sport? Rodeo. Riding bulls and watching bull riding, he could do it for hours

11. Who said "I Love You" first? Ha ha, I did. Wierdly enough. If you want the full story, scroll down and see my other hubby tag, between the two the questions are a little redundant.

12. When and Where was your first kiss? It was in my apartment on the couch on my birthday last year, after the party he threw for me. Story for this one is also in the other tag :)

13. What is your favorite thing to do as a couple? Well, as of lately it's been watching movies just because when our schedules do meet up, we don't have much time. That and we've been sick so we've been lazy, sniffling bums who just sit on the couch with dayquill and watch movies. But we LOOOOOVE to camp. We could go camping every weekend of the year, yes even if it's cold and snowing. Last year we camped well into November, only staying a tent too. :) Anything outdoors. If we have the time we'll take a drive and go up the canyon and go for a little walk or hike, or if we're in Fairview we'll take a fourwheeler and go for a mellow ride, just to be in the mountains. We'll go up and start a fire just to cook our dinner in it and make smores. :) Things like that.

14. Do you have any kids? Nope, not yet. In due time though. Just a little Bodie dog for now.

15. What is a hidden talent of his? Oh geez, he has quite a few. One that's not not really hidden is his ability to aim and shoot. (It's also one of his favorite passtimes) Whenever we go out shooting, no matter what it is he's shooting he can hit it. Anything from clay pigeons, to cans and bottles, to pot guts and rock chucks, (little animals) he can hit it. No matter what gun he has, or even if it's his bow. The only thing he has a problem with is finding things to shoot. Hence why he came home deerless from the hunt this year.

16. How old is he? He just turned 27 in August

17. What do you admire most about him? Oh geez, what do I admire most? This is a hard one because I admire pretty much everthing. He's amazing. I admire his desire to provide and take care of me. He does everything he can to make me happy and comfortable. He's so selfless and tells me all the time he loves to spoil me. He's incredible.

18. What is his favorite past time? Ha ha, as above, shooting, hunting, anything outdoors. This guy would live in a tent in the woods and hunt to provide for us if he could :). And fourwheeling of course. He could also live at the Sand Dunes.

19. What is his favorite kind of music? Well, he's pretty diverse. It depends on what he's doing really. For the most part, it's country. But if he's showering, then it's stuff from Josh Groban, and Micheal Bouble, if he's cleaning then it's just regular country, if he's driving then it's older country, like Merle Haggard, Weylin Jennings, Hank William Jr., and Willie Nelson stuff. If he's at work or hanging out with his friends or my brothers then it's the rap junk. But for the most part he just listens to modern day country music.

20. Do you think he will read this? Um, probably not. He usually does other things when I blog and doesn't know how to get on here.
