BIIIIG juD's

One of my favorite things Buck took me to in Idaho was this little tiny burger joint called Big Jud's. First of all, it's out in the middle of NOwhere. It's off the highway in between Idaho Falls and Rexburg and when I say off the highway I mean like a 20 minute drive away from the highway. It's right in this tiny little town surrounded by like maybe 10 houses and a bunch of farms spread out, but this place is always HOPPIN'! And they don't even advertise! I would have no clue that this little burger place was out there and when we showed up, there was line clear out the door and into the parking lot waiting to eat there. I guess he has the best burgers in Idaho because it's always that way. They always have a wait.

Anyways, Buck and I got the one pound burger deal, but Buck got it in a double! This burger was a monster, and I swear when she put it down on the table I thought it was gonna eat us before we had the chance to eat it. Do you see this thing?! That's Buck's hand in the background. It was like 5 inches tall and the diameter of a dinner plate, with all the fixins on it, including cheese :)

In order for me to even pick the whole thing up, I had to leave it on the plate. It's gonna eat my head!

We barely even finished half of it. We took it home and fed all the homeless, hungry people in Utah with it :)

This is the portion of it we cut for ourselves to eat. It was like the size of a normal cheeseburger at Carl's Jr. :)

This is the empty plate after we boxed it. I put my phone next to it, just to further show how big it was.

It was so much fun!!

It reminds me of this palce in California... They serve Pancakes that big with a whole stick of butter and at least a half gallon of Syrup... So big and worth it!! :)

I hear you talk a lot about Idaho but I wasn't sure if that's where you lived or not...KC's dad and gradparents live in Twin Falls so we've been up that way quite a bit. Anyways, hit me back!!!
