Idaho Boat Races

We went to the Idaho Regatta Boat Races at the end of June this year, which was Kallan's first time going. They cancelled the races last year because the water was too high. The race is held in Burley, ID on the Snake River there. We usually go every year and Kallan really seemed to enjoy himself. And he was a sport and kept his ear plugs in the entire time we needed him to.  He also got to sit in his very own chair for the first time and talk about a King on his Throne. He wouldn't get off, and if he wanted something, he'd just point to it and make little grunting noises until you handed it to him.

He really is enjoying himself, even though his face shows totally different. He would grab the wheel and pretend to drive and when grandpa tried to pull him out he let us know that wasn't cool.

He wanted to be right next to the boats and even tried helping grandpa work on them

He does this cute giggly thing now, where he'll laugh and cover his hand with his mouth and make faces. Love it
