Every year it's been tradition to go back to home home town of Fairview to celebrate Pioneer Day. It starts out like most places that celebrate this holiday, with a parade and fun early morning activities, then a carnival with boothes and games, usually family BBQs and then that night is the Demolition Derby. This year, my brother Kolton was in it. Kallan just HAD to get into the car like his uncles and grandpa. These were taken just a few hours before the derby.
Kallan also know that grandpa has all the cool toys so he usually gets 4wheeler rides when he's there.
Here he is at the parade with his cousins and dad. He really did enjoy the parade, he just gets that grumpy look face from his dad. Notice pic below? Same expressions :)
Here's uncle Ween in the Derby! He took 2nd place in his heat and went to the finals where he did awesome until his drive line fell out. But he had lots of fun doing it :)

"...I may not be a poet, 'cause I ain't so good on words. I may not stand before you like a Knight in Shining Armor. I may not be the best of Singers, there's better guys I've heard. I may not drive a Fancy car, I don't know what it's for. I may not be the one who gets to shower you with Diamonds. I may not be a Rich Man, but you can't call me Poor, 'cause I know how to Love You Well." -Tim Mcgraw
