This year I had work off and we got to out to the Sand Dunes for Easter. And yes, in case you're wondering, the Easter Bunny does know where the Sand Dunes are and he was sure to stop into our trailer.
Kallan got a new helmet so he was able to ride the fourwheelers as much as he wanted. He loved it
Kallan woke up Easter morning and was quick to spot out his Easter Basket. He pointed at it and said, "Wow! Whas dat?" He got some pretty good loot!
I think he agreed :)
The Easter Bunny even hid eggs all around our camp for him to gather, and that was pretty cool :)
I love camping out at the dunes and it did not disappoint this year. The weather was totally perfect and we got got a healthy dose of sunshine, dirt and sand (nice ring of sand left in the bathtub after Kallan's bath), camp fires, camping food, and fourwheeler rides. We even got to see one of our very close family friends propose to his girlfriend at the very top of Sand Mountain. Such a good weekend!
