My Best Friend's Wedding

Friday, March 27, 2009, my best friend since the 7th grade finally tied the knot. When I say finally I mean she's only 23 so at the perfect age, but growing up she always said, out of most all her close friends from High School, she would be the last to get married. And indeed she was, other than our friend Ischia. We always said our friend Ashley would be the first to get married, in which she was. Then it was Megan and Niesha, (but we didn't know about Niesha's yet, ha ha) and then Kali and Kailee, they were only married about a month apart. Then me, and now finally Bree. So the only one left is Ischia.
Her sealing was at 9 in the morning, which made for a very, very long day, but all worth it. After her sealing, we spent about an hour at the temple taking pictures, and Bree and Wes still had all their couple shots to take so Buck and I headed to the luncheon that started at 1:30. After we ate it was time to get ready for more pictures and her ring ceremony, which was beautiful. Her father walked her down the isle and gave her away, and they exchanged vows and rings. Then it was her reception before cutting the cake, dancing, and finally departing at about 10:00 PM. It was a beautiful day and I'm so excited for Bree and Wes to finally start their lives together.
Warning: LOTS of pictures...

We snuck off for just a minute for some pics of us, thanks to Kali :)

Walking down the isle
and Bree coming down the isle with her dad
I loved her cake. It had big ole fatty chocolate covered strawberries all over it
Cutting the cake...
...and shoving the cake
So Bree had wanted red boots for her wedding so badly, but never found any. Well her dad snuck off and found some, surprising her with them on her wedding day. She nearly cried she was so happy.
The happy couple
and their first dance as Husband and Wife. I'm so happy for them.

You looked so pretty, I love your Red shoes!! Bree was such a pretty bride, I made it to the Reception and looked for you and Megan but, had No luck... I ran into Buck and Jess and they didn't know where you were either!:)

I was showing Chris your pictures because he wasn't visualizing what the cake looked like... because I LOVED her cake! Anyway, he said he wants to eat ALL the strawberries on it!:)
