The first of November called for a girls' trip. And what better than to spend it seeing our amazing friend, Allie. Her family threw her a baby shower down in her home town of New Harmony. So, Heather and I jumped in the car and spent the weekend in St. George. The first night we went down, we stayed at Allie's parents' house, the night before the shower. Then we woke up to an amazing breakfast by Allie's dad of sour dough waffles, and their homemade apple cider. OMG i'm craving it now. Then we had the cutest shower. I somehow have no pictures of it. Awesome. Then Heather and I went into St. George and stayed in Allie's in-laws house, so the trip was super affordable for us. And such a blessing for that! We all went out to dinner, and then Heather and I went to a movie, then stayed up way too late talking. It was just what my stressed out soul needed.

"...I may not be a poet, 'cause I ain't so good on words. I may not stand before you like a Knight in Shining Armor. I may not be the best of Singers, there's better guys I've heard. I may not drive a Fancy car, I don't know what it's for. I may not be the one who gets to shower you with Diamonds. I may not be a Rich Man, but you can't call me Poor, 'cause I know how to Love You Well." -Tim Mcgraw
