Halloween this year was awesome. It didn't turn out at all like I had planned it. I had a super cute idea for our whole family to be, and was planning on making all of our costumes. I bought all the fabric and supplies and everything. But, midterms were the week before Halloween, and they consumed my life :( I didn't have hardly any time or energy left over to try and make them all, in under a week. I didn't want to rush them and risk them not looking as good. So I stashed my idea for next year, pulled out Kallan's old dragon costume for Jace, picked up a cheap little Ninja costume for Kallan, and just threw on all black clothes and painted my hair blue trying to look goth or something. Only no one could really tell what I was attempting to be, because I forgot to put in all of my fake piercings in my face. Oh well.
We went to our ward party, and had a chili cook off with amazing chili, a spook alley, games, cake walk, and more candy than anyone needs. It was fun!
