The first Saturday I was there, we breached through the walls, did bailouts (practiced repelling basically off the wall, but the purpose was to practice going out the window if you were ever trapped on an upper story in a fire) and we started a burn barrel on fire to fill the place with smoke and did right-hand searches and orientation drills. Later on we will start some of the interior on fire and put it out and then ultimately when we've trained all we can with the inside, we'll start the whole thing on fire and put it out. I'm totally stoked!

Here's the house we're burning

Breaching the walls

Firefighters Malzer and Levin
Firefighters Ashby and Brimhall
This is my Leutinent, Lt. Hales
Firefighter J. Robison. (He has just broke the toilet and was scolded because of the smell. Ha ha)

I am so jealous that I can't train with you guys. Dang baby!!
I'll have to agree with Aubrey, bummed I didn't get to join in on the fun! Next time.
My mother in law actually lives next door in the condo's her window has the perfect view of the house, so we have watched you guys train in that house. Funny how small of a world it is.
